Storage expansion for beverage supplier Vrumona
For beverage supplier Vrumona, known for brands such as Pepsi and 7UP, we realized a smart and sustainable storage solution. Their requirement? More storage space without the long transport distances they previously had to bridge. The answer? Two robust Flexhalls, offering the perfect balance between sustainability, speed, and functionality.
With a unique side height of 6 meters, the halls offer plenty of space for empty containers. The front hall, with an impressive length of 82.5 meters, is perfectly tailored for large-scale storage. The second hall of 20 x 40 meters connects to it seamlessly.
The advisory process: from challenge to solution
Vrumona faced a challenge: their storage location was situated 40 kilometers from their head office in Bunnik. This necessitated daily transport of empty containers, which was both costly and environmentally taxing. The choice fell on the Flexhal. With the appearance of a permanent warehouse but the flexibility and rapid construction time, it was the ideal match. Furthermore, the permit application process for a Flexhal is generally faster than for permanent construction, which offered a significant advantage.

Fast, sustainable, and practical
Within just three weeks, the two Flexhalls were fully operational on Vrumona’s site. This rapid delivery not only saved time but also ensured minimal disruption to daily operations. As a result of this solution, Vrumona no longer needs to use the external storage location, leading to significant savings on transport costs and a substantial reduction in their CO2 emissions.
