Smart solution for storage and working environment in winter
For Seaway7 in Eemshaven, we realized a T5 Flexhal placed within an existing, uninsulated warehouse. The challenge? Creating a space that remains frost-free, is ideal for storage, and simultaneously offers a comfortable workplace during the winter months.

The solution was a fully insulated Flexhal of 15 x 20 meters with a side height of 5 meters. Thanks to this construction, Seaway7 can now store goods at a constant temperature and benefit from a pleasant working environment, regardless of the weather conditions outside. The Flexhal is equipped with:
- Two striking red personnel doors, which are both functional and visually distinctive.
- An electric overhead door for easy transport of goods.
- A layout divided into two separate rooms for optimal utilization of the available space.

Why a Flexhal inside an existing warehouse?
For Seaway7, a Flexhal proved to be the ideal solution due to the unique combination of flexibility, insulation, and rapid installation. The hall was built inside an uninsulated warehouse. With the T5 Flexhal, it is now possible to store temperature-sensitive goods without being affected by condensation.
