Project details
Fully operational location in just two weeks
BMN Building Materials Rotterdam is in the middle of a complete renovation of their current building. For a wholesaler serving customers every day, closing is not an option. Nevertheless, the building had to be completely emptied, and the search for a temporary solution began.
A traditional rental property proved difficult to find and expensive. They were allocated a piece of land by the municipality, and with the help of Donselaar Industry, the wholesaler was able to continue operations. Within one week, we built four aluminum tent halls, establishing a completely new work location. This was situated just 500 meters from the original building.
The right tent hall for every function
For BMN Building Materials in Rotterdam, we delivered and constructed four aluminum tent halls, each with a specific function.
- Storage space – Two T2 non-insulated tent halls were deployed for this purpose to properly store all items from the current building.
- Retail space – A T4 fully insulated tent hall was chosen to provide a comfortable and pleasant shopping experience.
- Office – An office space must be well-insulated and the temperature must be controllable; therefore, a T4 fully insulated tent hall was selected.
