Efficient drying solution for Accsys

For Accsys in Arnhem, we realized a custom solution: an open T1 canopy of 20 x 20 meters and 4.5 meters high, specifically designed for the natural drying of wood. The canopy replaces the previously used trailers and, thanks to the open side walls, offers optimal ventilation, allowing the wood to dry faster and more evenly. A smart, efficient, and sustainable choice that aligns perfectly with Accsys’s operations.

One canopy for Accsys, multiple benefits

At the Accsys site in Arnhem, there is now an open T1 canopy that does more than just protect against the elements. By drying the wood outdoors under natural ventilation, space is created in the warehouse and trailers are removed from the site.

For Accsys, not a warehouse, but a robust T1 canopy

Accsys chose a T1 canopy from Donselaar to dry wood in an efficient and cost-conscious manner. Thanks to the open construction, the space ventilates optimally, accelerating the drying process without requiring energy for mechanical ventilation. The robust aluminum hall is installed quickly, is wind and watertight where necessary, and adapts flexibly to the site conditions. A practical and sustainable choice that helps Accsys save both space and costs.
