Smart logistics for reuse
We installed a T1 canopy for Municipality of Almere. With dimensions of 15 x 20 meters and a side height of 3 meters, this canopy is ideal as a collection point for second-hand items. Here, the residents of Almere can bring items that might otherwise end up in a landfill. Subsequently, the municipal sanitation services ensure these items find their way to local thrift stores in Almere.
Through this practical canopy, the Municipality of Almere contributes directly to promoting reuse and reducing the waste stream. The canopy provides protection against rain and bright sun, allowing the collection point to be used all year round.
Flexibility and functionality
Although this T1 canopy is similar to our project for Waardlanden, there is one important difference: the roof covers are white, and the front is equipped with a custom side curtain. This custom solution creates a wind-free corner, allowing employees to work comfortably. The canopy not only offers sufficient space to receive a flow of visitors, but is also easy to maintain.

Optimal routing and ease of use
The collection point is clearly laid out, allowing residents to easily drop off items without causing congestion. The 15 x 20 meter dimensions also make it possible to provide access to multiple vehicles simultaneously. This accelerates logistics and ensures that collected items can be quickly processed and distributed to thrift stores.
